Our Vision & Mission

Our Vision

To become a global leader in mental health advocacy and support, reaching communities with tools, resources, and hope to overcome emotional and psychological challenges.

Our Mission

To raise awareness, drive conversations, and build communities of support around mental health—locally and globally. We aim to be a beacon of hope for individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health struggles.

Who We Are

G.O.O.D Foundation was founded in March 31, 2019 as a Ghana-based Non-Profit Organization, driven by lived experiences, compassion, and a desire to provide tangible hope for people living with mental health conditions.

We believe that no one should suffer in silence. Everyone deserves access to mental health support, education, and healing spaces.
